The challenge
Due to the lack of innovation of the high tea market, we see an opportunity to thrive. Thus, we want to set a new standard for High Tea's in the Netherlands integrating the topics of sustainability, shared dining and involvement of the community around us.
The solution
Our High Tea, tapas fusion we create a unique concept revolving small bites that are ment to be shared. We aim to focus on sustainability by utilising local ingredients and decreasing food waste.
