The challenge

High school students often lack a realistic understanding of the labor market. High school senior students need guidance to explore the breadth of opportunities available in the job market. Before committing to a 3-6 year educational journey, individuals should be well-informed about the wide selection of options offered in the market. One growing challenge is the difficulty in finding opportunities, such as internships, to explore areas of interest. Some individuals may lack motivation, or their resumes may not effectively showcase their skills and qualifications, making it more challenging for them to secure these opportunities.

The solution

The intermediary establishment will connect knowledge and experience-seeking individuals with companies looking for future labor capital. Students will have an opportunity to do a career test, receive recommendations, and spend a day at their chosen partner company. Furthermore, partner organization employees would hold lectures on their daily work life and experiences.
